Manual and Warranty The technical manual is being written and will be available on this website when it is completed. The manufacturer provides a one year warranty on parts, labor and shipping for manufacturing defects.  An extended warranty for parts and labor but not shipping will be made available for 15% of the purchase price per year.  In addition, discounts will be offered to previous customers for new models as they become available. It is our intention to provide this technology to the scientific and commercial communities at reasonable prices and to work with customers in designing and manufacturing sampling devices for their particular needs.
